This is a reference x402 service for machine-readable chain evidence and quote-only routing on near:mainnet.

Each paid request is governed by the exact payment requirement returned in that resource's HTTP 402 response.
The service has no availability commitment. Chain, RPC, and facilitator outcomes are returned only when the service can observe authoritative evidence.
Never send API keys, private keys, or signed payment authorizations to public support channels.
Use the OpenAPI contract, pricing, and x402 discovery document before integrating.
